FUND “RACING” EXPERIENCES

The most exciting way to raise the needed resources for your organization and have a great time too!

Your organization can take our $10 admission ticket and earn up to $6 per ticket sold.

 

The Reach for the STARS Fund “Racing” Program has the following features:

  • Your organization can purchase tickets for $4 (for an adult admission)
  • You can then sell them for up to the $10 admission price
  • The minimum you would need to purchase is 20 ($80)
  • If you sell at least 100 tickets, you will eligible to run a 50/50 raffle to benefit your organization
  • All Fund “Racing” tickets must be purchased through your organization and can not be sold at the speedway
  • All ticket sales must be accounted for on the Wednesday prior to the race event.
  • Your group will be able to promote itself with a table or booth at the track on the day of the event
  • Special track related experiences may be included based on availability (flag person, pace car ride, race announcing, national anthem, etc.)
  • Your organization can display a banner for everyone to know you are there
  • Special announcements over the PA will also let everyone know your group is there
